Start your tour by visiting the impressive Kelpies horse statues. Next head to Loch Lomond, where you can enjoy time in Balmaha to explore the “bonnie, bonnie banks”. Take a scenic drive through the National Park to reach historic Stirling. Visit Stirling Castle to see the magnificent Great Hall and admire the stunning views from the battlements or spend time in the historic Old Town.

Full Tour Itinerary
We leave Edinburgh behind and head westwards to our first stop at the impressive Kelpies, the world's largest equine sculptures devoted to the horse-powered heritage of Central Scotland and designed by Andy Scott. They also commemorate the mythological transforming beasts said to live in our lochs, rivers and streams, who possess the strength and endurance of 100 horses.
Thrilled by our visit to these famous statues, we rejoin our coach for the journey into the picturesque Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park.
We'll make a stop in the pretty village of Balmaha so you can enjoy the views of the "bonnie, bonnie banks" over to Ben Lomond. Here, you will have the opportunity to go on a woodland walk that will reward you with amazing views of the loch. Looking out over the loch, the vista is sure to provide you with a song in your heart!
Later we make our way to historic Stirling, where there is the opportunity to explore imposing Stirling Castle, one of Scotland's most important buildings historically and architecturally. Many royals have been crowned at Stirling Castle, including Mary Queen of Scots, and it played a central role in William Wallace's (Braveheart) fight in the Wars of Independence.
If you prefer, you can opt to discover Stirling Old Town, which grew up in the shadow of the castle, literally in the heart of Scotland!
After exploring the many attractions of Stirling, we board our coach for the return journey to Edinburgh.

Our tours depart from a central location in Edinburgh’s famous Royal Mile/High Street which is easily reached by public transport.

I’ve missed my tour because I was late, can I get a refund?
We’re sorry but refunds or credits won’t be issued if you miss your tour because you are not at the departure point on time.
In fairness to all our passengers coaches will not wait if you are late.

Loved everything about our tour to the Kelpies and Stirling Castle, incredible experiences! Our guide Cliff was knowledgeable and had some wit! No comment on Loch Lomond, not worth a visit in our opinion.
